I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make myself believe that I don’t care about others, myself and the state of the world in general because of the overwhelming weight that the responsibility of caring implies on my shoulders, whereas I would rather do as if I am unaware of the problems of the world rather than do something to change it – within this, I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to stop myself from participating within the behaviour of apathy, such as the behaviour of not caring, because of me not wanting to change what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as the mind, because of the overwhelming task that is in front of me within the act of changing what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as the abusive mind – and that if I am to see myself move or about to move within the patterned behaviour of apathy towards myself and others as myself, that I am to immediately stop myself from participating within such behaviour through the tools of breathing, self-forgiveness, self-honesty and self-corrective application so as to change what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as the apathetic character, so that I re-script myself as a caring character who acts within the best interest of all involved, so that dignity may return to what we call life and so that I stop the abusive behaviour that has made of this world what it is currently, which is a world of abuse.
